This release is largely seen by fans as an updated version of Alice Cooper's 1974 compilation, Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits, as all 12 remixed tracks on that release are featured here in their original Album or Single versions. The compilation is not so much a full career "best of" but more of a Singles and B-sides collection from 1970 up to 1989, ending with his last big hit, "Poison
