The Bellarmine Report is a "subsidiary" of "CAI Publishing, Inc." which is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. CAI Publishing's board of directors is composed of Mark Wyatt (director, president), Maureen Sungenis (director, vice president, treasurer, secretary), John Schmieding (director) and Rick Delano (director). Laurence Gonzaga is CAI Publishing's Media Director.
