In September 2011 however, Journal announced that they would file a lawsuit against the parent company of TheCoolTV for non-payment of broadcast services; so far Journal has decided to replace the Milwaukee version with Live Well Network and in Green Bay, with Me-TV, as of October 1, 2011 .
