Tersana's most important accomplishments include wining Egypt Cup title 6 times and the Egyptian league title once. Tersana also participated in the CAF Cup Winners' Cup once in 1987 and ousted in the Quarter-Final with Tunisian Al-Taragy. The first leg, played in Cairo, ended with a draw, while the second leg, played in Tunisia, ended in a 1-2 loss.
