Terry Moulton is a Republican
member of the Wisconsin Senate, representing the 23rd district since 2011. He was previously a member of the Wisconsin Assembly, representing the 68th district from 2005 to 2009.

, representing Assembly District 68. As an avid fisherman and hunter, Moulton was active on the issues that matter most to Wisconsin sportsmen and women. Serving as vice-chair of the Natural Resources Committee, Terry lobbied and fought the Department of Natural Resources for more effective deer management practices, increased opportunities for youth in hunting and fishing, and reasonable regulations that allow Wisconsin citizens to enjoy the outdoors.
Recognized as a leader in job creation, Moulton served as the leading voice in the State Assembly on small business issues. As Chair of the Small Business Committee, Moulton worked across the aisle to push for tax reforms targeted at increasing investment in Wisconsin's economy and expanding research and development, all in an effort to stimulate long term job growth and increased job security.
Moulton also served on several boards, committees, and panels on health care reform. He offered more than a dozen proposals to make health care more affordable and ensure that a lost job doesn’t mean lost health care coverage.
