, where they reminisced about their footballing days. On the show, Phillips revealed that in 1974 he met former boss Ramsey by chance and they spent the evening socialising. The following morning Phillips opened the front page of a newspaper and was stunned to read that Ramsey had been sacked as England manager. His shock came from the fact Ramsey already knew he was no longer in charge of England when they were together that evening and didn't mention it once.
