. It is a two-day long event held towards the end of November every year and attracts a crowd of 3,000 students from colleges all Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane. It was first started in 2009.

History

TechTsar started back in 2009, with a budget of 75,000, which was contributed by advertisements in the Techtsar brochure and banners. Amongst the notable past sponsors are Bank of Maharashtra

The name of the festival was inspired by two words: Technology[tech] & King[tsar]. King of technology. The motto being "Merging Talent with Technology."

Other attractions

TechTsar features a variety of seminars and fun games.

Many art forms are exhibited. In the past these included Classical Dance, Singing & collage posters.
