TechExcel ServiceWise is a customizable helpdesk and IT Service Management (ITSM) solution that enables automation and streamlining of IT services and help desk activities with configurable workflows, process management, email notifications, and a searchable knowledgebase. It is developed by TechExcel and is available in two editions. A helpdesk software solution or a complete ITIL and IT service process management solution. TechExcel ServiceWise is also ITIL compliant and Pink Elephant certified.

License

ServiceWise is proprietary software with license and annual maintenance fees based on the number of seats. Licenses are available in both fixed and floating configurations.
