Busways runs five routes via Tascott railway station:

• Route 50 - between Woy Woy and Mount Ettalong
• Route 51 - between Woy Woy and Ettalong
• Route 52 - between Woy Woy and Umina
• Route 53 - between Woy Woy and Umina

Short platforms

Short platforms represent a safety hazard if the door opens where there is no platform opposite and a passenger steps out into the void. To reduce this hazard, the doors on the original double-deck interurban trains are unlocked only by the guard, leaving it to the passenger to open the doors. On the more recent double-deck trains, the guard can open just the doors that are opposite a platform, the remaining doors staying shut and locked.
