The electoral divisions of Ballinascorney, Bohernabreena, Firhouse Village, Tallaght-Avonbeg, Tallaght-Killinarden,
Tallaght-Kiltipper, Tallaght-Millbrook, Tallaght-Oldbawn, and in the electoral division of Tallaght-Fettercairn the property
known as Number 82 Glenshane Crescent, and the electoral division of Tallaght-Jobstown excluding those properties which are situated in the local electoral area of Tallaght Central

The 5 councillors from the 2009 local elections are Cathal King (Sinn Féin), Eamonn Maloney- Replaced in 2011 by Chris Bond (Labour Party), Marie Corr (Labour Party, Mayor of South Dublin County 2008-2009), John Hannon (Fianna Fáil), Brian Lawlor (Fine Gael).
