Sympathy was the fifth album by John Miles
released in 1980. The album is in fact an U.S version of More Miles Per Hour
with three tracks of the album ("Bad Blood", "Satisfied" and "Oh Dear") replaced by two new tracks and an alternative version of "(Don't Give me Your) Sympathy" renamed as "Sympathy".
Originally, this was supposed to be his new studio album, but because of legal problems with his new label, the latter tracks were the only ones who were released from his period from Arista
on a reworked version of More Miles Per Hour.
