History
The contract to build this hotel was signed 2004. The construction of the highest skyscraper of 117 meters of the city took over three years. The ceremonial opening of the hotel took place on 10 December 2007.The Tornimäe Towers were designed by Meeli Truu from Nord Projekt AS. Interior design was made by Meelis Press Architects.
