The original lineup was forged as an all-star peace-accord of representatives from competing bands. With the formation of Swarm of Angels, The Fever's Erika Thrasher ended the long standing "Westheimer Street Festival albino-cobra custody" battle with Japanic's Tex Kerschen. Ralf Armin of the Vulgarians joined Matty & Mossy's Matt Frey and Domokos/A Pink Cloud of Rusted Shut in a discrete candlelight vigil to usher in a new age of peace and harmony among bands fiercely competing for the #1 slot on Rice Radio's top 35 charts.
