Sundsvall Mosquitoes

The Sundsvall Mosquitoes are a baseball team located in Sundsvall, Sweden. They are in the Swedish Baseball Federation, a professional baseball league throughout Sweden. Sweden is a member of the IBAF, International Baseball Federation, the worldwide governing body for the sport of baseball.
The Sundsvall Baseball Club was founded in autumn 1977 by Torbjörn Wallén and Per Sahlin, amongst many others. Home games are played at "Cube Field" located on the South Mountain, just outside the city. Inspired by the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club, the team's uniforms are orange and black. The Mosquitoes are in the North Series Division and affiliated with the Gefle Bisons in the Elite Series.
