. She has compiled a 258-174 career record over 14 seasons. She has guided the Seminoles to 7 straight NCAA Postseason appearances. She guided the team to back-to-back 20 win seasons for the first time in school history.

Currently, FSU's Women's Basketball team is enjoying their best ACC Season to date with an 11-1 Conference Record, and a 23-5 Overall record. Some of FSU's wins in the 2008-09 season have come against at the time #3 Texas A&M on January 5, 67-63; a January 29 win over #3 Duke in OT, 82-75 and a 77-70 win over the Tar Heels of North Carolina on February 13.
