  • 2009–10. The culinary arts team, led by instructor Kenneth Melton, placed 17th in the 10th Annual ProStart Invitational in 2010. Students involved on the team were Marcus Mcann (11th Grade, Culinary Ops 3), Rafael Assis (11th Grade, Culinary Ops 2), and Dustin Lowe (11th Grade, Culinary Ops 1).
  • 2010–11. Senior Dustin Lowe became the first student in Hillsborough County to ever become double certified. He got a ServSafe Managers and National Prostart Certification.
