 (Steven Myers & Associates) in 1982, which went public in 1998, and where he served as Chairman & CEO until 2007. He spearheaded industry-changing innovations for winning U.S. Government programs, leading more than $360 Billion in major program competitions. Over thirty years, SM&A generated some $1.2 Billion in revenue and employed over two thousand people. SM&A was sold to Odyssey Investment partners in 2008.

In 1992, at the end of the Cold War, Steve was the first Westerner to fly an aircraft into the Kamchatka Peninsula in Far Eastern Russia. There, he led the creation of one of the earliest Russian-American joint ventures, converting a remote, but strategically located military air base into a refueling base for international cargo carriers. His book, Dancing with Russians: Adventure & Entrepreneurship in the Developing World will be in publication by the end of the year.

, with more than 5,600 hours of flight time and nine jet type ratings. Between 1994 and 2007 his business jet management business operated charter flights world wide. His private equity investment company, Dolphin Capital Holdings invests in companies with innovative business strategies; including applied materials development, stem-cell therapeutics, and distressed debt portfolio management. He currently serves on two public company boards.
