Then he was on to Chicago for One-On-One Sports Radio Network, where he met Bob and Brian, Charlotte’s WFNZ-AM, six months at ESPN Radio and then back to WTEM, where he was finally paired with Pollin on “The Sports Reporters.” He hosted GameTime with Steve Czaban on Fox Sports Radio from 2002–2005 and was formerly a guest host on The Jim Rome Show

Sporting News Radio

Czaban announced on August 2010 that he was going to return to the national sports radio airwaves as the new morning drive-time host for Sporting News Radio starting in September 2010. Czaban will be joined by his long-time sidekicks, including Scott Linn, Steve Solomon, and Al Galdi.

Radio Show Bits

Interactive features from Czaban's Fox Sports Radio and Sporting News Radio shows. The segments usually start with the staffers offering their opinions then allowing callers to call in and opine:
  • Lock It Up - callers are invited to predict events from games occurring over the weekend.
  • Upon Further Review - callers are invited to talk about little-noted nuggets from games occurring usually during the prior weekend.
  • Where You At, What'chu Hauling - an Ode to Truckers invited to call in and tell their location, destination, and load. Originated from the night show.
  • I'm So Done With - callers are allowed to vent with ideas or themes in sports they are tired of hearing about (phrase authored by ex-show producer Jay Cottrell).
  • Know Your Gear - callers invited to reminisce about some old piece of sports equipment such as an old style jersey, helmet or ball.
