Mr. Studdert has represented U.S. Presidents in diplomatic assignments to over one hundred nations. By presidential appointment he served on the President’s Export Council (1983–1987) , the Export Advisory Now Council (1983–1987), and the Foreign Trade Practices and Negotiations Subcommittee (1983–1987), and as a United States Delegate to the United Nations Energy Conference in Africa, to the United States Delegation to the 40th NATO Summit.
He directed the 1989 Presidential Inaugural, served as Advisor to the 1981 and 1985 Presidential Inaugurals, and provided counsel to the 2001 and 2005 Presidential Inaugurals. He was appointed a Federal Home Loan Bank Director in the Clinton Administration (1992). Studdert remains active in international religious liberty issues.
Studdert is founder of Mantford Ventures (1980), an investment banking firm, and founder of i3 Technologies (2005). He also founded a commercial bank and currently serves on numerous corporate board directorships.
Studdert helped create the FORTUNE 500 Forum for senior executives and has participated in TIME magazine’s leaders’ world news-tour (1999).

As a strong advocate of affordable housing, Studdert headed the national Native American Housing Initiative (1985–1995). He chaired the Housing and Community Development efforts of a $44 billion Federal Home Loan Bank, where he served on the Board of Directors as its Chairman. He was elected by his peers to chair the Federal Home Loan Bank System Council of Chairs.
Studdert served as chair of the Utah Statehood Centennial Commission (1993–1996) and Chair of This is the Place Foundation (1996–2001). He served as Chairman of the George Washington Center for Freedom and Understanding (2005–2008).
Studdert was national Co-Chair of the New American Revolution (1992–1993), a foundation for helping youth in need.
Studdert serves on the Executive Committee of Scouting’s Utah National Parks Council (2004–2010).
Mr. Studdert is a graduate of Brigham Young University (1971), a former elected Bountiful City Council member (1978–1980), and a past Jaycee President (1975). He is a recipient of the Distinguished Citizen Award from the Boy Scouts of America
(1995), the National Guard Minuteman Award (1996), the People of Vision award (1997), the Farm Bureau’s Friend of Agriculture Award (1997), and the citizen Distinguished Service Medal from the United States Army (1990). He served on the Board of Trustees of Southern Virginia University (2000), from which he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate.

police department.
Studdert and his wife, the former Bonnie Beck, are the parents of six children.

Controversies
Time Critical Solutions, LLC, a venture funded by Mantford, was supposed to manufacture miniaturized communications technology for the military, but never got off the ground due to but former employees are suing Studdert, saying the funding was never in place.Sources
