. He states that the show was begun to illustrate to young people being Christian does not prevent one from having fun and enjoying life. Steelroots showcases extreme sports and popular music with a Christian

 theme. It also discusses how teens should deal situations such as relationships, forgiveness, temptation, and lying.

The shows have a worldwide viewership of over 130 million people. Steelroots has become a resource and clearinghouse for teens who wish to witness to others about the Bible and to serve as an affirmation of their faith.

In 2001 a record studio and label were started by Cerullo and Jimi Ray (former lead singer of Age of Faith) called Steelroots Records. The label signed new Seattle, Washington

In addition to this, probably one of the most famous bands this label signed before closing is Showbread (band)
