The College facilitates learning from Further Education, (The Sixth Form
) to Part-Time (Courses for Adults) and Employer Training. Its Sixth Form provides education to an average of 1,200 16-19 year old school leavers. Students come from the Borough of Harrow, which largely includes students from Harrow High Schools, and a wide area beyond including a significant amount from Brent

and Barnet
.
The College also provides many courses to adults including an extensive ESOL programme. This is available to the local community and to people over and around London. It offers over 500 courses, ranging from professional and vocational qualifications to non-vocational and leisure courses. Ages of students can range from 19 – 99 years and their needs vary from wanting a qualification to starting a hobby and updating their skills to improving their confidence.
The existing collection of buildings will be replaced by one main block, consisting of classrooms, a library
, a kitchen and a dining hall, that is linked to a second block containing the main hall, sports hall and gym

With the demise of the LSC, the planned rebuild has been shelved.

Students follow a programme of Advanced, Intermediate or Foundation studies and the college offers a comprehensive special needs programme. It works closely with high schools in the Borough, and particularly with Park High School, to create a sense of continuity for pupils at 16. Managers from the areas of Art & Design and Business have a management responsibility within the High School.The College also provides many courses to adults including an extensive ESOL programme. Expansion of the College
On 18 September 2008 the College has been given the go ahead for a £40million rebuild and expansion of its five-decade-old main campus.
