. Sportivnaya is Russia's first double-decked station with cross-platform transfer. The floors are connected by two staircases, one of which is closed as of this writing. The lower floor serves the southbound trains while the upper floor serves the northbound ones. The station was intended to provide transfer to Koltsevaya Line trains as soon as the said line opens. The upper floor is linked to the station's only exit, which leads to south-eastern side of Petrogradsky island. The lower floor will eventually house an entrance to a transfer corridor which would link the station to the exit on the north-eastern side of Vasilyeostrovsky island. That exit is currently under construction.
