SOFEX, an important event on the defence industry calendar, provides an opportunity for defence manufacturers from around the world to engage in strategic discussions with key decision makers to deliver swift, decisive and effective solutions that will maintain the security and safety of citizens around the world.

SOFEX is the world’s fastest growing and region’s only special operations and homeland security exhibition and conference that features the largest fully integrated and innovative Special Operations Forces equipment and solutions from around the world.

In 2008, SOFEX attracted 34 national pavilions, represented by 319 companies and which attracted a record 12,000 visitors over the 3 day exhibition, including 101 delegations from 58 countries.

The 8th edition of the SOFEX series takes place May 10–13, 2010.
