In 2007, the Spazztic Blurr track "Mexicali" was included on the Earache 20th anniversary compilation box set "Metal: A Headbanger's Companion".

The main Spazztic Blurr album was reviewed in the influential Thrasher Magazine by Brian "Pushead" Schroeder (himself a member of Septic Death
