The Southern California Collegiate Baseball Association is a collegiate summer baseball league. The SCCBA is a member of the National Baseball Congress

The SCCBA debuted in 1997 as the Southern California Baseball League based in the Los Angeles area and played exhibition games with other California collegiate level baseball leagues in the late 1990s and 2000s. Former SCCBL teams are the North County Waves of San Marcos, California
, So Cal Glory, So Cal Tremors and San Jacinto Hermits. The California Mariners merged with the Newport Beach Storm, while the Trombly Thunder team play in Fullerton, California
and the So Cal A's formerly played in Brawley, California
as they folded in mid-season. Riverside, California
was the former home of the Inland Empire Pilots-Inland Empire Rockets teams in the early 2000s.
In the 2010 season, they admitted four collegiate teams: the Elite Kings then in El Cajon, California
, the San Diego Stars, the So Cal Cardinals of Carlsbad, California
and Tijuana Toros. In 2011, only the Stars and Elite Kings remained in the SCBBA.

Bandits of the PSWL, and Team Thunder (now Team San Diego) and the Toros are in the Sou. Cal. League, a competing collegiate baseball league in the region.
