The channel concentrates on soul and R&B music from the 1960s and 1970s. Its definition is expansive, including black artists from the 1960s in various not-quite-soul genres as well as a few white soul artists. On-air personalities include Carol Ford, Ken "Spider" Webb, Jeff Foxx, Tanya Simpson, and Wanda Ramos.
