Fictional character biographies

Not much is known about either character since they have only made one appearance thus far.

Although it is not stated in the comics, the solicitation for the comic mentioned that Sodom and Gomorrah are both husband and wife and have targeted Superman for the sheer pleasure and glory of defeating him.

Together both Sodom and Gomorrah destroy a statue, turning it into salt via their powers, which does indeed get Superman's attention. After a lengthy battle, due to Superman still recuperating, he realizes that they both need to make contact to use their powers and proceeds to split them up by punching Sodom which sends him flying. Superman towers over him ready to finally defeat him with a bruised and battered Sodom looking for Gomorrah to help him. However Gomorrah seeing that the situation isn't in their favor flees leaving her husband, Sodom, to Superman.

They have not appeared since their first appearance.
