. The current church building was built in 1990 on the site of the old church that burned down. This has been the church site since 1755 when it was moved from the island of where it had been since the 1400s.

consecrated the new church. The new building has a modern style sanctuary with a separate church hall with a kitchen. There are also a number of classrooms in the basement.
