Game Modes

There are three racing modes in the game: Power Race, Survivor and Speed Race.

Power race
The Power race events are racing tracks with powerup icons. To pick up a powerup requires some aiming with the airplane.

Survivor
Survivor race is like Power Race, with a twist: after a warmup period a counter starts on the top of the screen, and when it reaches zero, the last airplane explodes and a new counter starts.

Speed race
Speed race is about flying through rings which gives decent (and stacking) speed boost. This speedup also stacks with the normal boost - with all speed bonuses collected planes can break the sound barrier.

Powerups

Powerups are offensive (Cannon, Rocket), defensive (Shield, Repair) or multi-purpose (Shockwave, Mine)
