. The brand was introduced in 1999 as the first PAYG service in Poland.
SimPlus Invest srl is a Romanian company, the first company that started Premium SMS services in 2002 in Romania. The company provides premium rate SMS short codes in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and Hungary. It provides SMS services for top Romanian TV stations (Realitatea, OTV, National, Favorit, PartyTv etc). The company organised in January 2009 the televoting (sms and voice) for the national Eurovision competition.
