SilverKey's operational scope is not limited to the US, however it provides solutions to local SMEs in the countries of the branch offices. SilverKey's global nature allows it to provide 24/7 productivity and to draw on talent from around the world.

In 2005, SilverKey Egypt was founded in Alexandria. Soon after, a Giza branch was set up and is now considered to be one of Silverkey’s major development centers. The team consists of experienced designers, programmers, developers, testers, and technical writers. SilverKey Egypt has developed numerous products to serve the community, business, and educational sectors. SilverKey Egypt is recognized for its early adoption of new technologies, which makes it unique in the markets it competes in. SilverKey is recognized by Microsoft as a “Distinguished Partner” for being the first in the region to adopt .Net 3.0.

In 2006, SilverKey Azerbaijan was established. It has a unique marketing motto which is "e-Life...We came here to create it. Are you ready live it?" The purpose of SilverKey Azerbaijan to turn companies and organizations in Azerbaijan into e-Company and e-Organization.

SilverKey is currently working to establish new branch offices in Colombia, Ukraine, and Malaysia.
