When the track is backmasked, one hears the lyrics of an earlier Klaatu song, "Anus of Uranus", as well as a fragment of the instrumental conclusion of "Little Neutrino". The printed lyrics

The lyrics printed on the lyric sheet were written to portray a literal interpretation of the lyrics, as they would normally be heard, without the assistance of backmasking. The lyrics were also printed backwards, which led some listeners to backmask the song, to discover the backmasked tracks, of which this song is composed.
