Shiitake mushroom dermatitis (also known as "Flagellate mushroom dermatitis," "Mushroom worker's disease," and "Shiitake-induced toxicoderma") is a cutaneous condition that occurs after eating large amounts of raw or partially cooked shiitake mushrooms.
