Shawna Deeann Stoltenberg Meisner (born August 25, 1969) was Miss Minnesota
1993 and competed in the Miss America
pageant broadcast live from Atlantic City, New Jersey in September that year. She was born to Ardeen & Joanne Schlimgan Stoltenberg. She has one brother named Brett.

Stoltenberg is also a speaker, trainer and former board member for the Jacob Wetterling Foundation, a missing children's organization in Minnesota that works nationally to end the sexual exploitation and abduction of children. She has delivered presentations to more than 10,000 students, parents and community organizations on how to keep children safe.
Stoltenberg has studied piano for more than 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with Bachelor degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Piano Performance. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities in Human Resource and Organizational Development. On January 9, 2000, she married husband & photographer, Bjorn Meisner.
