Halolz.com

Halolz.com is a video-game-related picture site where viewers can send Shawn video game screenshots and captions that have a comical nature. The site has over 2500 submissions.
This is what is posted under the site's 'About' tab.

HALOLZ… your premiere source for humorous video game captions!

What is it? Well, it’s sort of a bunch of video game screenshots with humorous captions. Despite the name referencing to the video game Halo, it revolves more around whatever game is recent and whatever captions Shawn finds humorous. It is updated at least once a day.

Halolz.com seems to be notorious for art theft, as it continues to use the images of artists without their consent or knowledge; especially as the main background image. Artists generally find out their work is being used without permission after the fact, and lodge complaints with the site. This has happened on many separate occasions and is likely to continue happening until their webmaster gets their head on straight and takes several seconds to check for the sources of their content and that they indeed do have permission to use such images or other intellectual property.
