Due to her unprecedented efforts, The Punjab Legislative Assembly passed a bill for establishment of an institution named PILAC (Punjab Institute of Language, Art & Culture) which started working in Year 2005 in a rented building at Shadman Colony, Lahore, as a constituent part of Ministry of Information, Culture & Youth Affairs. More over, her persistent pursuance, succeeded her to get a place for Pujabi writers, poets, journalists etc. in the shape of a splendrous Punjabi Complex, at 01-Qaddafi Stadium, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, with the unforgettable support of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi
