About

Shabab Weekly is the leading Islamic weekly in Kerala. SHABAB, the official voice of the ISM began publication in 1975 as a fortnightly.

In a very short span of time it became a weekly publication. Now it has achieved the status of on-the-top Muslim weekly publication in comparison to Muslim weekly publications in the whole of Kerala, if the number of readers and circulation were considered.

SHABAB handles the issues raised by its opponents and rivals from time to time in a pragmatic but convincing way. SHABAB makes available to common man or women the chance of reading famous works of renowned Muslim scholars in their own language through its pages.

ISM Kerala

ISM is the youth wing of the Kerala Islahi movement. KNM was founded in 1950 and after 17 years I.S.M was formed. The birth of ISM energized the activities of the Islahi movement. The idea of having a youth wing for the Islahi movement was first made in 1967 at Palakkad during an Islahi representative’s conference.
ISM has executed many noted programs in the past. Along with uncompromising Da’wa programs it has also done a lot of social welfare works for the up gradation of the society.
