Her second album was made in the studio of Mića Nikolić. This album, titled Ljubav si ubio gade ("You've Killed Love, You Scum") included the hits "Život liječi rane" ("Life Heals Wounds") and "Pijanica" ("Drunkard"). After her third album Revolucija ("Revolution") Selma left the music scene. Her next album, under the production of Dejan Abadić, titled Žena sa Balkana ("Woman from the Balkans") took on a different sound from her former albums. With hit songs such as "Nano," "Škorpija," ("She-Scorpion") "Žena sirena" ("Woman-Siren") and "Bićeš moj" ("You'll Be Mine") Selma gained even greater popularity than before. The song "Žena sirena" became Selma's new nickname, which she herself is proud of.
