. The relationship with Naiqama ended in July 2006 with claims he assaulted her, trashed her hotel room, harassed her with forty phone calls an hour and poured a drink over her. As mentioned in the song, "The night you poored that drink over my head, you could have told me you were jealous instead, like the night you trashed my hotel room, weren't you taught how to talk these things through" Paulini refuses to speak about Naiqama by name, but states the song was written to help other victims who have been experienced domestic violence
