Savara is the tribal language spoken by Soras in Vizinagaram, and Srikakulam Districts belonging to Andhra Pradesh. Savara Language belongs to the Munda Division of Austroasiatic Language Family. Rajiv Vidya Mission, Government of AP has come out with Multilingual Education to educate the Soras by developing Curriculum in their culture. Prof. K Ramesh Kumar, Department of Linguistics, Osmania University, Mr. Vedantham Muralidhar, Research Scholar, Osmania University, Banuri Prasad,Editor, Girijna Samskruti, Tribal Welfare Department, Hyderabad and Mr.Gumidyala Venkat Ramesh, MLE Linguist has developed (on behalf of Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh) Alphabet Charts, Textbooks for Classes I - V, Big Books, Small Books, Dictionary etc. for the Multilingual Education. with the help of International Consultants like Pamela mackenzie, Mr & Mrs Steve Simpson, Jessie Grover, Mary, Mr & Mrs Mark Penny, etc. the Multilingual Education has come into being with the Financial Support from Education Departmnent, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Some of the Savara Teachers who worked for MLE Programme are Savara Pentadu, Biddiki Ravi, K.Kameshwar Rao, Bennadu, Chalapati Rao, Subba Rao, Gundu, Mangadu, etc.
