This place is famous for eucalyptus clones which are abundant here and one of the famous eucalyptus clones producers are Vanamali Clones. Which is situated in nagupally village 10 km from Sathupalli. Per year there is a production of 30lacs clones which shows the demand for the new way of agriculture in these places because it is very near to (ITC paper factory).
Sathupally constituency has got the second highest voting percentage in 2004 election throughout India.There is no railway link to sathupally
