. She is also a journalist for several magazines, as well as associate editor and columnist for the Daily Telegraph.

She lives in Sydney with her husband and two sons, the youngest of whom was born in August 2011. Although she has sometimes referred to her pregnancies and made occasional references to being a mother in her newspaper columns and media appearances, she has not divulged their names. Sarrah has two older brothers, an actor and an airline pilot. She also has one sister, Emma Le Marquand. The sisters worked together on the short comedy film Cliché (movie), which won the award for best male actor at Tropfest

When she was a university student, Sarrah was stalked by a stranger who became obsessed with her after seeing her in the retail store where she worked part-time. This went on for more than two years until she eventually took out an apprehended violence order against him.

Career

Sarrah has an honours degree in government and a federal parliamentary internship. After university she worked as an entertainment journalist for several magazines and television shows.

In 2005 Sarrah joined the Daily Telegraph as the television writer. During this time she performed various other roles as film editor, columnist, features chief of staff and deputy features editor. In 2008 she was appointed features editor.
