Basic Information

Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation, abbreviated as SICPF, was established in 1991, founded by Hokkaidō District Transport Bureau and government of Hokkaidō.

Under the "3C principle" including "Communication", "Convention", and "Citizen", SICPF has the support and participation of local people and institutions.

  • Administering international exchange facilities and various projects relating to international exchange, as commissioned by the City of Sapporo.
