Sana ay Ikaw Na Nga is a Philippine drama series starring Tanya Garcia and Dingdong Dantes. Its story revolves around the love affair of a wealthy young man named Carlos Miguel and Cecilia, a poor barrio lass. Their romance is opposed by many, but the two young lovers are ready to fight for their love.

Story

Cecila and Carlos Miguel are about to be married to be but due to traumatic events the two are forced by fate to be apart due to unexplainable events Cecila and Carlos will stop at nothing to be with one another except those around them who try to protect the two are really out there to harm them will Cecila and Carlos live the happily ever after that was halted by all the animosities around them or will they choose their fate?

A story about a love so strong that will be regained by the fate and test of their abilities to be back in one of each others arms.
