The St. Petersburg Russo-Asiatic Bank. Renamed Central Building in 1928. It was designed by German
architects Becker & Baedecker and built between 1901-1905 of brick and concrete composite structure. It is the earliest building equipped with tile facing, lifts, and sanitary facilities in Shanghai.
