Rowdeford School is a special needs community school for young people aged between 11 and 16. The school caters for 127 pupils. The school also has boarding for 24 pupils.

The school caters for pupils with complex needs and Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

In 2008 the school was awarded specialist status in communication and interaction.
