Ronald Kibuule is the Member of Parliament for Mukono North County and he started his political career at a tender age during his primary school days. Born to Zefania Lusebeya a Mukono District local business man and the late Grace Mbaguta at a village in Mukono district called Kasenge in Nama Sub-county.

Kibuule was born in January 1984 (27 years) and he is the youngest Minister in the Ugandan Cabinet.
He started his primary at St. John’s Education Center in Mukono and completed his primary leaving examination there, he joined Mukono Parents High School where he completed his secondary school education in 2004, he joined Uganda Christian University Mukono and he got a bachelors degree in social works and social administration.

He is said to be a very good actor during school days and he enjoyed politics a lot. He is the Presidential Advisor on NRM matters (The Ugandan ruling party), but he got know the President through the Party’s Vice-Chairman Al Hajji Moses Kigongo when he was still in Primary five, where he acted as the President and Al Hajji Kigongo was the guest of honor.

He has been an aide to the current Prime Minister (then security minister) Amama Mbabazi who has been his guardian and has been paying for his school fees. He has been the Councilor for Kasenge Parish at Nama-sub-county a position he held since 2006 up to 2011. He is said to be having strong links with the Chinese government and he has invited so many Chinese investors who have constructed factories on Kampala- Jinja road, especially in Mukono district- Mbalala industrial area.

He is married to two wives with three children, Natasha Kibuule, Crisha Kibuule and Samantha Kibuule.
