Romance is an unincorporated community in Jackson County, West Virginia. It is located along Sugar Creek Rd (Co. Rt. 42/8). It used to have a post office with a zip code of 25248, but it closed on February 18, 1986. The area between Middle Fork and Advent is also considered Romance.
Romance was named after an early resident Romance Parsons.
