Rolando Jurquin Despaigne (born June 7, 1987) is a male volleyball
player from Cuba
, who played as a wing-spiker for the Men's National Team
. He was a member of the national squad that claimed the bronze medal at the 2007 Pan American Games
in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
He signed with Olympiacos S.C. from Greece for the 2010-11 season, where he won the Greek Cup, and helped his team reach the Greek League Finals against Heracles

On April 14, 2011 his manager through a statement in an Italian website denied that there was any kind of agreement with Piacenza and that his client remains an Olympiacos player.
