Winter- Men's basketball, Women's basketball, cheerleading, swimming, wrestling

Spring- Baseball, men's golf, men's tennis, track, women's soccer, and softball

Rockingham's only team state championship came in baseball in 1996. Their women's basketball team were state runners-up in both 2002 and 2003.
